“Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven”. Matthew 10:32-33
Jesus is the way the truth and the life; he that has not found Jesus has not found the way, the truth and the life. He that has not found Jesus has not found the way to eternal life, so he is going on the way that seems right unto him but whose end however is destruction. He who has not found Jesus has not found the truth, so he is in a lie: he is being deceived by Satan, the very liar from the beginning. He who has not found Jesus has not found the life, so he has not eternal life, he is in death and is an object of eternal condemnation in hell.
Jesus said, he is the resurrection and the life. He that believeth in me shall not die but have eternal life. The question for you who are reading this piece is, “What will you do with Jesus Christ?” He has died; he has risen; he has ascended; he seats now on the right hand of God, and he will come again to judge the living and the dead. What will you do with him? For one day, there shall be a separation of the sheep from the goat. And the goats shall be cast into eternal fire, and the sheep taken into the eternal rest of God.
There is something to do with Jesus. Three thousand people asked Peter a similar question, “What shall we do?” and he replied them, “Repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus for the remission of sin.” Have you made up your mind on what you will do with Jesus? You just have to understand that if you are a sinner judgement hangs over your head, for the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ, God’s Son that takes away the sins of the world. He who alone can save sinners from the power of sin and it consequences. So Jesus is at the door. He is knocking on your heart and is saying, “Open unto me and I will come into your heart and save you.” The bible says, And if you hear his voice harden not your heart. What you need to do with him is repent, believe in him, be baptized in his name and live for him. He will save you, and that’s exactly what He will do with you.
Know for sure that some day the question will be: “What did you do with Jesus?”
