Your body like every thing else has its spiritual root by which it responds to commands. In the spiritual, every thing responds only to command. Scripture is very clear on this: God commanded and they were created, God told Moses to command the rock. For God to perform the miracle, it has to be commanded.

Joshua commanded the sun to stand still. Jesus commanded the wind and the fig tree.

Take advantage of this truth and stay healthy in Christ by commanding your body by God’s word and the name of Jesus.

Place your right hand on your forehead and begin to issue the commands to your body.

1. You my body, soul and spirit you have been redeemed from the curse of the law, I command you don’t respond to curses of my enemies in Jesus name

2. You my body, you have been set free from the law of sin and death by the law of the Spirit of life in Christ, I command you therefore to refuse and resist sicknesses, diseases and pains, weaknesses and deformity, in Jesus name.

3. You my body, the Holy Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead lives in you to vitalize you, therefore, take health, strength and vitality and stay healthy, in the name of Jesus.

4. You my body, you are the temple of the Holy Spirit, I command you therefore in the name of Jesus, don’t allow demons and demonic arrows.

5. You my body, hear; by the blood of the everlasting covenant you dare not cooperate with the will of the devil, in Jesus name.

6. You my body, hear the truth, you have been purchased by the blood of Christ be deaf and resistant to the voice and command of the devil, in Jesus name.

7. You my body, the Spirit of Christ the great physician dwells in you. Kill up disease germs and poisons by the power of that Christ in you.

8. You my body you are designed and ordained by God to function properly to his glory. Function properly now in the name of Jesus.

9. You my body, obey me, pass out by the power in the name of Jesus whatever discomforts you and is intended to destroy you.

10. You my body, Christ came that I may have life more abundantly, the Spirit of life works in you not the Spirit of death. Heal and rejuvenate in Jesus Christ name.
